Products
Each artwork is accurately described, including its title, technique, dimensions, and for prints, the number of copies.
Original oil paintings are unique pieces.
Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT) but excluding shipping costs.
Any additional costs, such as customs duties or import taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Shipping
Artworks are shipped within a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated.
If delivery fails due to an error by the buyer (e.g., incorrect address), the cost of reshipping will be borne by the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with European law, buyers have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the artwork to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for the following exceptions:
Personalized or custom-made artworks are non-refundable.
Original paintings cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are unique pieces.
Returned artworks must be sent back in their original condition and in appropriate packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged Items or Order Errors
If an artwork arrives damaged during transport, or if an order error is my responsibility, please contact me at lchen1405@gmail.com.
Each situation will be assessed individually to find an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund as applicable).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned artwork in good condition.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Intellectual Property
All content published on this site, including texts, images, illustrations, paintings, prints, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Léon Chen or used with permission.
No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written authorization of the author.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute regarding the use of this website or the interpretation of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
